Impossible to use this app. Finally managed to get an authentication code after dozens of tries, now stuck on a blank payment method screen. Useless, how does anyone use these bikes?

Never sends a registration code. Utter garbage

Worst app I’ve never been able to use. Embarrassingly bad

Paid for use of the bike. Went to a park and put the lock on (obviously to stop them being stolen) then received a warning that we must unlock bikes within 2 mins. Tried everything to unlock the bikes and nothing would work! Now we have been told we will receive a penalty whilst trying to do what the app said. Absolutely mindless. Why put a lock on a bike that you can’t unlock. Now we’re stuck far away from any bike docking station. For people who have never used them before this is a nightmare. Bike won’t unlock with nfc. Won’t allow me to rectify. Bike stuck with wheel locked can’t even take it back because it’s locked and I’ve tried everything to unlock the bike. I’ve called and all I get told is my acc is suspended

It’s a very badly done app. Many mistakes and it doesn’t work in the end, can’t complete the registration process
