Attempted to withdrew my funds but an hour pass and I never receive my funds. The status of my withdrawal showed “pending verification” this never happen before plus the funds were far less than my previous withdrawal nor did those funds exceed the lv2 limit for the day. I went to the chat icon and got connected from bot to human in less than 3 minutes. And the team member was able to resolve the matter in a 1 minute of our interaction.
