## Bidfood UK Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***** "Great now"
App has updated recently and is so much better! Simple to navigate and find what you need. Great job!
-- Rewiver2025, 2025-09-23

### *---- "Worst app ever"
The app is practically useless. Takes forever to load anything. Takes far too long to scroll through products. Every time they update it it breaks. Adding and removing products is so so slow. It is extremely frustrating when trying to place an order on it…I would just phon them to save yourself time…they will try and tell you to use the app to order but when it’s as useless as this app is then save yourself the time no frustration and just call them.
-- Bud I’d, 2023-03-14

### ****- "Overall good"
I’ve used the app a few times now and it’s going in the right direction.
-- kt2301, 2023-03-07

### *---- "Terrible update"
App is unusable after latest update. Surely this would have been tested prior to launch. Not great as I add items to the basket during the week before placing the final order.
-- Carlosthemacaw, 2023-03-06

### *---- "What is going on"
Used to be able to use this app fine now it takes for ever to load changes quick order and is a nightmare needs urgent attention to a company that is so big should be a lot better and easier to use than this!
Even to search items is a big issue which is hard for busy kitchens that haven’t got time to sit on the phone/laptop to do orders improvements needed
-- Needs sorting, 2022-09-06

### ***** "Great"
Bidfood have been the only wholesaler who’s been reliable
Others are now worse then useless but bidfood have been Spot on
Always great customer service and always delivered the day you booked
-- Tests us, 2022-07-06

### *---- "Application needs urgent updates"
I can’t trust this application anymore
Items aren’t organised
Mayonnaise and tuna always shows out of stock so have to search separately
Adding more than one boxes will reduce to one in a basket
Really frustrating And Waste of time register the complaint few times and no one is doing anything about it
-- usm345, 2022-06-15

### ***-- "Need to switch between accounts"
Useful tool for ordering whilst doing stock takes and also when I think about needing products
Only issue I have is that you can’t switch to another account for example I have a separate confectionery account which I would like to order through too.
-- Coxohara, 2022-04-09

### *---- "Poor app performance"
Very slow response at adding products to basket, not always able to buy individual items :-/
-- wilba80, 2022-01-31

### *---- "Crashing"
keeps crashing when trying to login sense the update
-- Kevin Fordyce, 2021-02-08
