Why would anyone use any other service than bidnapper? All of The others make you keep the app open so it can bid from your device. This is not the deal here. Bidnapper is is an eBay service, authorized on your account to bid by proxy for you from their servers. I was a regular customer for a while 10 years ago and it Blows me away it’s free now. Free as in free. I’ve scored several things on my want list already for almost embarrassing low prices. Now I Get to be the guy from completed/sold items that you’re like “wow guy for a deal.” So yeah thanks five stars A+++ deal with this (app) seller.

It wasn’t clear in setting up the account User and Pass that those should or could be the same as mine on eBay. 

I emailed Customer Support/Contact Us two times on different questions and did not hear back, at least not on the site.

The time remaining lagged that of the eBay site and I wasn’t confident that my bid would be placed in time, eventually the site page showing time caught up but if I were to refresh it wasn’t clear how or if I needed to and the standard refresh icon in the top bar did not show it worked.

Bidnapper might be a great iphone app if you could get past the login registration screen error/failure to recognize inputs. 

I found it kind of hilarious their website asks asks to contact them before leaving reviews.   

I also found the name and log of this app “Bindnapper” with a kidnapper ransom logo both super creepy and a huge stretch to have “bidnapper related to eBay bids. “BidJacker” would have been better because the underlying reference of self-pleasure is far better than referencing kidnappings as as kidnapping and ransom notes.

Enter the maximum amount you are willing to pay for an eBay item and this App will enter your bid in the last 3 seconds of the auction, helping save you a lot of time and unnecessary expense by avoiding bidding wars. I’ve found this app works as well as similar apps, but is less complicated to use and also has the lowest usage fees.

I used this product successfully but then suddenly has a bid rejected by eBay on an item I really wanted. I responded with a blisteringly mean and angry email to support at the app developer, who very calmly helped me understand that the reason for the rejection was that I had changed my password on eBay without also updating access on the app, so it wasn’t able to login and complete my bid. So then I felt like a total jerk and decided to make up for that by leaving this nice post to recommend the app. 

Seriously people, if you do a lot of eBay bids as I do, the $18.99 fee every 3 months is a bargain, seeing as how competitive apps charge a percentage for bids won that can easily exceed this amount for a single auction win.
