FOR HOMEOWNERS • Post your project once. Get bids from licensed, insured, trust-graded pros nearby. • Compare bids side by side — see grades, reviews, completed jobs, and price-position bars at a glance. • Schedule walkthroughs in-app. Bids backed by an on-site visit get a green "Saw the job" stamp so you know they're accurate. • Track milestones, photos, and payments through built-in escrow — no chasing invoices, no payment disputes. • On recurring contracts (lawn, cleaning, pool), open the job to backup bids any time without cancelling — keep your options open. • Cross-platform reviews: see Google, Yelp, BBB, and Houzz ratings right on a pro's profile. FOR CONTRACTORS • Win more bids: attach portfolio proof, set guarantees (warranty, on-time, satisfaction, price lock), and stand out with your trust grade. • Pro Tools dashboard: Log past jobs in 3 taps, run a Customer CRM (Bidwolf + off-platform jobs in one list), pull Reports for earnings + tax-ready 1099 + customer breakdowns, refer fellow pros for free Premium months. • Trust score that actually moves: every license verification, insurance upload, completed job, and peer endorsement is logged with a live timeline. Build Your Profile checklist unlocks Verified Pro at 90%. • Crew management — change roles, pause members, transfer ownership. • Recurring opt-out with notice period if a contract isn't working — keep your reputation clean. TRUST & SAFETY • Letter-grade trust scores (A+ through D) built from credentials, reviews, track record, and peer endorsements. • Verified licenses, insurance, and bonding badges on every pro profile. • Walkthrough-confirmed bids visually flagged so homeowners know what they're getting. • Skip-reason required and homeowner-notified for any missed visit. • Spot-check program on logged jobs. WHAT'S NEW IN 2.2 • Pro Tools tab — Log Job wizard, Customers CRM, Reports hub, Refer & Earn • Build Your Profile completeness screen with unlockable rewards • My Trust Score redesigned with pillar breakdown and event timeline • Endorse Pros — endorsements come back to you, both grades climb • Bid card redesign with green walkthrough border + portfolio proof • Cross-platform reviews + peer endorsements on pro profiles • Recurring contracts: skip-with-reason, opt-out with notice, find-a-backup-pro • Customers added from phone contacts or manually • Many fixes — walkthrough completion now properly marks bids, "Tomorrow" instead of "Today" on next-visit, full bid list visibility Built in the US. No hidden fees. No data resale.
