### ***** "There’s a glitch- please fix (important update!)"
I love Big Finish. You guys are brilliant. However, there’s a glitch with playlists. When you add The Paternoster Gang: Heritage 2: Dining with Death to a playlist, it does nothing. You can’t add it to a queue either. If you just add Heritage 2, only the later two episodes and behind-the-scenes are added to the queue, not the first one. ALSO… This is a really big glitch that I’m experiencing with the most recent update. So, what I did was I updated the app, then from the website, I got the free “The Four Doctors” story and a UNIT boxset. I go back into the app and sync my library. I download both new stories. I play the first UNIT episode. I exit the app. And everything stops. The story only plays if you’re in the app. It works when my device is off, but not if I’m in the home screen or another app. What’s more, when I reopen the app, the UNIT boxset and all my other stuff is still there, but The Four Doctors, which I had just downloaded and added to the queue, has disappeared from my library altogether. I have to resync the library to get it back. 
In short, a: The Paternoster Gang: Heritage 2, episode 1, doesn’t seem to work with playlists and queues (although I can play it normally), b: with the most recent update, when I exit the app, the story stops, and c: The Four Doctors disappears from my library every time I exit the app and I have to sync again to get it back. Please fix! (I love Big Finish btw. You should get the rights to The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy or Monday Starts on Saturday! Sorry about the one-star review. I’ll take it down when this is fixed.)

This is being out here so that I can vent to Big Finish, as I can’t vent onto the NEW app’s page. My iPhone is stuck on iOS 15.8.3 and the new app requires iOS 16 AT MINIMUM. That means I’m stuck with the old app until either Apple launches an iOS update that takes this old iPhone 7+ to version 16, or I get a new phone… or by some miracle, someone at Big Finish adds backwards compatibility to the new app.

Great stories often I think that they gave Susan a bad life overall losing her son Alex and all the actor who does young John hurt is brilliant commander vekland is one of my favorites love all the ones I’ve gotten so far just wish it wouldn’t cost $10’s of 1000’s to listen to it all especially if it’s all canon Tom baker is the best still ! Thank God for a company like big finish to keep audio drama, alive! Their productions of “Space 1999” are actually better written, and more compelling then the TV series. UFO was a personal favorite of mine and I found the television productions to be very slick, stylized well written, and well acted. Now the audio productions that big finish has offered continue in true spirit of the original series:Exciting, creative brilliantly acted and superbly written I can’t wait for a series 3 to come out. Today I am buying series 3 of space 1999. I can’t wait to hear it.
And how can I Complete a review of big finish without mentioning Doctor Who. Tom Baker was my favorite Dr. and to hear him reprise his role Is a total thrill. The episode “Requiem for the rocket Men” is brilliantly written, exciting, and  funny piece.

The stories from BF are great but I would love to see a few enhancement to the app. First is a view that tiles the title images themselves rather than have them listed straight down (similar to the view options in iBooks). Also, a tag to identify if you have listened to a title (similar to read) would be great especially when you have a large volume of titles and lose track.
