## Big Workout Tracker Description
Big Workout Tracker helps you log resistance band and strength workouts with custom templates, rep and weight tracking, and a rest timer. Built for simplicity and privacy. Free and open source — no account, no ads, no paywall.

CUSTOM WORKOUTS 
• Create your own workout templates with any exercises
• Set target sets and reps per exercise
• Log weight (kg or lbs) and reps as you train
• Large, easy-to-tap controls

DURATION-BASED EXERCISES (TIMED HOLDS)
• Track time-based sets (e.g. planks, balance holds)
• Elderly-friendly big on-screen timer
• Easier time entry (supports formats like 0:30, 1:00, or seconds)
• Optional warm-up before the hold starts

REST TIMER 
• Adjustable rest timer after each set (default 1 min)
• Add or subtract 30 seconds during rest
• Pause and resume the rest countdown anytime
• Audio when rest is over
• Skip rest anytime

WORKOUT PLAN (MID-WORKOUT) 
• View the full workout plan during a session
• Tap any exercise to jump to it
• Reorder exercises mid-workout (your changes persist for next time)

NOTES (NEW) • Add your own notes for each exercise with a simple notepad button
• Notes are saved on your device for next time

HISTORY & STATISTICS 
• Full workout history with duration, sets, and reps
• Remove workouts from history anytime
• Totals: workouts, this week, total minutes, total reps
• Top exercises and progress charts over time

DATA & PRIVACY
