New purchase-doesn’t sync
I’ve just had this watch delivered for my 7yr old son, I’ve downloaded the app, it doesn’t open, I’ve scanned the QR code and does absolutely nothing…..poor

Watch not discoverable
I have been trying to connect my watch for last 1 week but it’s showing no watch is discoverable. I have thrown away the box so I don’t have bar code to scan. Not sure how should I connect the watch with my phone.
Good watch bad app
Great watch but it logged me out of the app.
Terrible App
I bought my kids the devices which are basically pointless as they won’t sync on the app- it cannot locate them! I’ve followed all the steps suggested online to get them to pair but still doesn’t work!!
I like the app but
Hi I bought the Biigerfive brave watch to my son and he loves it. Unfortunately he is obsessed with the games and can’t focus on anything else. I tried to disable the games but was not able to find a way to do so. Could you please advise? If not is there a way you could add that option in the app? A way for parents to disable the games and set a timer limit on the games? That would be very appreciated and would make a massive difference as the watch is complete and does all the useful activities except for the games (which is not ideal for kids that are addicted and forbidden at school). Perfect watch for kids but rubbish app
These watches are ideal for my young children, they love using them to track their activities and steps. The app however is really bad, sometimes the watches sync to it but most times they don’t. It’s very frustrating as the data the watches collect can’t be seen on the app. So really all we can see are the steps count and the time on the watch. I’ve tried reporting on the support page of the app but even that doesn’t work!
terrible app made the watch useless
bought this for my son ... used it for a week and then suddenly disconnected. now the watch only shows the QR code and no matter what I do ... it doesnt connect the app. hence, making this watch useless.

Every time I go to a new country I have to set up a new account and when I get back the watch goes all funny and the only way to fix it is to delete the app and log in again. A good watch for tracking steps and sleep but the app is very confusing.
Worst Fitbit ever
Just stopped working after two weeks
Device ok but app is rubbish
The device seems ok for the price but the app is just rubbish - can’t even set a daily step goal because the ‘tick’ button to co firm a change doesn’t work.
