What ever your niche in the industry, BiggerPockets guides you to the bigger picture to get to bigger pockets 💯 -- ValleyGyal, 2026-05-02 ### *---- "Only used investment Realtors/ Agents" Realtors are not investment friendly to new investors. They send you a lead or 2. If you don’t purchase or make a high offer resulting in a large potential loss for you, they dump you. ARV 430k wanting me to buy at 360-370 with 50k repairs needed. Ignore emails and calls. They just want tha commission. Some realtors do not even send leads. They talk to you like a buddy and ignore you after that initial contact. You need to be a millionaire to work with them. If you are a new investor using hard money even with over 100k in reserve savings. They don’t want you. Cash only be rich. -- Marinedanny08, 2026-05-01 ### *---- "v" not work the same at the computer -- vhhhkh;, 2026-02-09 ### ***** "Changed my life" BP changed my life 6 years ago. It gave me the tools and courage to go full time real estate and now I can’t imagine life anyother way. -- Jbizzle01234, 2025-11-20 ### *---- "Account closed☹️" Not sure why my account was closed -- sleepyron1!, 2025-10-16 ### *---- "Can’t even create account and login" I downloaded the app, created an account and my account was immediately deactivated before I could even sign in. Still haven’t been able to sign in -- quintssential cuban, 2025-09-05 ### *---- "Can’t read text" It’s way too small on mobile. They need way to increase font size. -- KCfan1818, 2025-08-07 ### ***-- "Good but," As an iphone user I had to use BP at the browser. The app wasn’t there just for androids. One thing I hope it upgrades is the search engine. On desktop I can search whatever topic, ex “Tax Deeds” and the keywords bring up forums based on the words. On the app, I can’t. I have to put “tax” and it gives a suggestion; “tax liens and mortgage notes” Similar but different, I can’t look up “tax deeds” -- Lucifer14, 2025-03-10 ### **--- "Potential. Lots of bugs." They need to hire a Q&A team before releasing app versions. -- HonnestTruthJP11, 2025-02-27 ### **--- "Just stick to the actual website" It’s not horrible, it’s better than nothing, and the community is active. but it’s missing some simple features that make it a seem less experience. -- Critical Review Guy ATL, 2025-02-23 [View all BiggerPockets reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## BiggerPockets In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Pro | $39.00 | | BiggerPockets Pro Yearly | $390.00 | | BiggerPockets Business Monthly | $79.00 | | BiggerPockets Business Yearly | $790.00 | ## Apps Similar to BiggerPockets - [Mortgage Pal - Loan Calculator](https://apptail.io/app/mortgage-pal-loan-calculator-HSs/united-states) - [Rental Calculator BallparkDeal](https://apptail.io/app/rental-calculator-ballparkdeal-iFt/united-states) - [Backflip Real Estate Investing](https://apptail.io/app/backflip-real-estate-investing-JnC/united-states) - [DealCheck: Analyze Real Estate](https://apptail.io/app/dealcheck-analyze-real-estate-VKJ/united-states) - [Connected Investors](https://apptail.io/app/connected-investors-fOJ/united-states) - [Fundrise: Invest in Alts](https://apptail.io/app/fundrise-invest-in-alts-gOJ/united-states) - [Plastiq](https://apptail.io/app/plastiq-Oghb/united-states) - [Arrived: Real Estate Investing](https://apptail.io/app/arrived-real-estate-investing-umLm/united-states) - [Baselane](https://apptail.io/app/baselane-HwQy/united-states) - [New Western](https://apptail.io/app/new-western-KMiA/united-states) ## BiggerPockets Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/biggerpockets-XhFu/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/biggerpockets-XhFu/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
