Keep on getting link but unable to open the login link. Its telling to install the app while im already installed it???

BigPay - Useful App

Overall, good apps with many feature and easy to use with minimum fees compared to others in market.

Bigpay is a big scam!!!

If you scan and it say try again they will automatic blocked your account it happend to me twice the first they unblocked the second one they never unblocked, they email me but in the e-mail they cant give me a reason They ask for another account because they will refund my money before 14 days its been 20 days already still never have my refund.. My money is rm490.21 cara balance and my stashes is rm2.90 Everday i update them thru email but no body answer me back!! So bigpay when can you give my refund

Apps too old, too slow, when drawing money from ATM machine they cut too many interest.Bulls**t

The goddamn bigpay. Where do I start? Been using it for several years now and all I have to say about this app is that it’s by far the worst, slowest, absolutely zero customer service application there is out there. Bigpay put technology, and internet network into shame. I feel bad even spending my internet on this app. Let me give you an example of how slow and stupid and dumb bigpay is. For instance, they have a feature called “stash” where you can keep your money in there instead of your main account. But then it doesn’t allow you to withdraw it. Hahaha. How dumb is that?

DuitNow Transactions Not Visible

When someone transfer money into your BigPay account via DuitNow, the transaction is not shown in BigPay application and if you are not aware where it goes, you get panicky as to where is the money gone. In fact it goes directly to your Malaysian bank account which you set up while registering duitnow in BigPay. This is ridiculous because you are not using bank application but you are using BigPay application for receiving money, so it must be visible in BigPay application with a mention of the bank where it finally lands! This shortfall in this application causes confusion and frustration and should be corrected with an update in software.

Apps error

I am so disappointed with this BigPay. It’s suddenly unable to log in to your account when you entered the right password. It even asked you to fill in new data like signing up for the first time. This happened for the 3rd time. Slow service in responding. This shouldn’t have happened. Why do we need to go thru all this just to log in??? It’s like you want us to stop using this apps and facility!
