With the high quality apps around, this app made for one of the govt departments reflects the sheer apathy and pure lack of knowledge on part of the so called IT department of the telecom. It is unfortunate that no private good IT company would be willing to make a quality app. The app does multiple login routines just to log you in. App itself is slow and user unfriendly. Poor choice of design and user interface. Sadly you have to use it… like it or not.

I’m getting no internet error all of sudden. If the app is down for some maintenance then it should display proper msg instead of making people fool by saying internet connectivity issue.

Accuracy in working

It use to work before but now it doesn’t work. It does not load login page

Can’t Access my account, always shows invalid details

Very poor app. Need some modification.

Useless app , complains filed through app are not getting attended.readings and calculations shown in app are just approximation.

Bihar bijli mat kaho bihar ko lootne wala vibhaag kaho…smart meter nahi barbad karne wala meter kaho…200 electric charge use karo or extra loot 300 fixed charge add karke bharo.. Bihar ko barbad kar rahi hai .chote rojgaar karnewala ko 300 fixed charge dena pad raha hai jitna kama karke joda wo mahina me pahle bijli vibhaag ko do ..fir agar usse bac jaaye to pariwar palega….
