The payment does not get reflected in the app and there is no customer care contact. -- D_Sanket, 2024-12-03 ### *---- "The app lacks basic functionality" There is a constant notification badge saying 1 notifications but unfortunately I have no place to find one on the app. Also no button for FAQs, no live support and extremely poorly connected app. The infrastructure also needs to improve as modern days new chargers have at least 4 to 5 charging ports on a single charger, whereas the current one has just one port and considering a society consist of more than 200 evs it makes the charger always crowded. There is even no system to reserve the spot for the charger. The app is a complete disaster and needs to be updated at various levels. -- Arnu90, 2024-09-03 ### *---- "Need many updates" I was charging my vehicle and it suddenly stopped exactly at 80% but bijlify was showing charging in app not at station. My wallet was showing 8 rs remaining. Now when i tried stopping it from app it was not working. I tried multiple times, for next 3 days it showed same status as charging. Later on when i unplugged it the socket was showing error as i wanted to restart charging. There is no helpline for immediate help! -- Saurabh206, 2024-08-27 ### *---- "This company should get shut down" Do not plan your journey considering this company charger .. No garantee that it will charge your vehicle.. Dont use this in PUNE -- Krishna_choudhary, 2024-08-02 ### *---- "Lost money" The charging station had some issue. Charger stopped working and also the app doesn’t work properly. The charger stopped within a min still deducted 2000 ₹ -- aanushkaa, 2024-06-09 ### *---- "Worst app" Worst app worst service -- Vasundhara Dhankude, 2024-05-04 ### *---- "App never responds and get stucks" App gets stucks on home page and never works -- Naveen Murari, 2024-03-21 ### *---- "Serious problems considering important and sensitive utility" The app has serious problems considering its importance and sensitivity because of the utility. The app crashes all the time and have to open and start afresh. Can hardly fetch ‘live’ session without bugs Shows station ‘available’ even though you are plugged in. Red flag for people driving towards to station thinking it is available. If its a two gun station, I have noticed you have to keep switching amongst them to get started with the session. -- Pawarspective, 2024-01-09 ### *---- "Regarding App glitches & consumer support" Worst app I’ve ever used for charging my vehicle. Once for charging my vehicle i loaded the wallet with 100 rupees, after charging l my vehicle for 20 mins, around 10 rupees were deducted. Later when i checked my in app wallet they have deducted whole amount from it. I tried contacting their support team and also i’ve send mails but none of them responded. Also the app has alot of glitches/bugs i had really bad experience, they were not displaying vehicle charging history and there are few syncing issues with their charging stations. I hope they fix it asap. -- Atharva_K, 2023-12-18 ### ****- "Very easy" Super easy to charge with their chargers -- LadhadRahul, 2023-07-14 [View all Bijlify EV Charging reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Bijlify EV Charging - [Bolt.Earth - EV Charging App](https://apptail.io/app/boltearth-ev-charging-app-Vnx/india) - [EV Plugs](https://apptail.io/app/ev-plugs-vNH/india) - [chargeMOD](https://apptail.io/app/chargemod-eSH/india) - [ElectreeFi: EV Charging App](https://apptail.io/app/electreefi-ev-charging-app-fSH/india) - [PINT EV](https://apptail.io/app/pint-ev-JnAb/india) - [GO CHARGE India](https://apptail.io/app/go-charge-india-nbxc/india) - [Glida](https://apptail.io/app/glida-Msxe/india) - [EV Mithra](https://apptail.io/app/ev-mithra-Psxe/india) - [TruePower - EV Charging](https://apptail.io/app/truepower-ev-charging-qbbj/india) - [MobiLane EV Charging Network](https://apptail.io/app/mobilane-ev-charging-network-Dbbj/india) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
