HOW DOES IT WORK?
Start by creating an account on the application and registering your bank card. Once this information has been entered, you can start using our electric bikes.
1. Find a nearby bike using the map and your geolocation
2. Scan the QR-Code on the bike or enter the bike number shown on the mudguard. The lock built into the electric bike will unlock automatically.
3. Ride effortlessly and with complete peace of mind thanks to the electric assistance. Pay for your journey by the minute or choose from our Packs & Subscription offers.
4. Once you have completed your journey, press the "End journey" button and lock the padlock manually.
5. Your journey is now complete! Don't hesitate to leave us your feedback on our service as soon as you've finished using it ;)
BONUS: If you need to take a break during your journey, for an errand or a stopover, use the dedicated button and lock your bike's lock to make sure you get it back afterwards. Note that, as the bike is still in your possession, the computer will continue to run during this break.
