So easy to get around the city. The app can be glitchy but the customer service is on point. -- J Lynn KC, 2024-04-02 ### ***** "💕" I love this app, I love these bikes. I recently bought an E bike after years of using the ride KC bikes and I still use the Ride KC system about once a month. The app can have small glitches but usually as soon as I notice a glitch the team already has an update fixing it that I forgot to download. This bike system is incredible, I can not recommend it enough. I really appreciate the constant feedback loop on both sides (I can complain about bikes with low batter or seats that sink while you ride and they can email me to critique my parking). It makes everyone better in the long run. -- reganlindsay, 2024-03-25 ### **--- "Feedback" I ran out of battery life luckily I was close to the station wish I had more battery life -- Gerry pfc mc, 2024-03-03 ### ***** "Awesome App" Very easy to use technology!! -- KRWestwood, 2024-02-11 ### **--- "False advertising - no bikes in JoCo in winter" From everything on their website and the JCP&R website, you’d think there are RideKC bikes in JoCo and Lenexa. But they are gone for 25% of the year. I wish this was mentioned SOMEWHERE on any website but you won’t figure it out until you download the app and look for a bike. -- Matt.Baker05, 2024-01-06 ### ***** "So Helpful" I rode the bike all the way home to Kansas from downtown in the rain and left my wallet in the basket. They respond quickly and got it back to me. It might have been rainy but I didn’t have to spend $40 on a Lyft or Uber. -- Grant Wh, 2023-12-09 ### *---- "Terrible" Support is non existent and doesn’t respond for weeks at a time. They’ll charge you various amounts with no details or documentation. They’ll also lock your account before they contact you as requested weeks before. -- Real1always, 2023-08-15 ### ***** "Love it!" This is so fun, so convenient and super affordable! -- F. Ross, 2023-07-26 ### *---- "Stopped and now cannot restart trip on app" Stranded with this app. Can’t restart Tripp. No customer support. -- stuckonourtrip, 2020-07-04 [View all Bike Share KC reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Bike Share KC Discovered Keywords -
