Except when I got there, the lockers were all subscription only. Instead they also had some Lockeep racks with a super secure locking system. So I signed up for the app, paid with Apple Pay...and only then found out their stupid system was poorly engineered and didn't fit my extremely common Rad Rover 4 e bike. So now in order to not miss my event I've had to leave a $3000 bike chained outside at night in downtown Vancouver, about which I'll be worried the entire time. Thanks for nothing. -- canuckarbee, 2025-10-18 ### ***** "Enjoyed using it" Easy interface, easy to navigate -- Gitana2025, 2025-05-08 ### *---- "Use at Your Own Risk" Like the other user, I had exactly the same 4-day loss experience as the other reviewer (22 st STN?). I too wasted an immense amount of my time to fix their problem. I don’t want to spend any more of my life fighting with this broken app. In addition to the 4 days of estrangement, I have had a number of other problems with this company and their local partner, Urban Racks. The system does not work as intended. Do not use it. -- Judge Mindana (what?), 2025-03-17 ### *---- "Terrible Customer Service and Faulty Equipment" I had a terrible experience with this company. My bike was locked in their storage unit for 4 days. No one answered when I tried calling support numbers, emailing their email and no response on their Chatbox. It was 3 days before I got an answer which came from a third party contractor - not the Bikeep team and then it took someone 2+ hours to get my bike out of the storage unit on the 4th day because the locking mechanism was broken. I wasted hours on this because of a lack of communication. I will never use this company again and strongly recommend you avoid using them. -- LCDiPasquale, 2023-07-11 ### ***** "Locate Easily" Easy to use application that quickly allows you to locate open rack or locker options. -- lisas9coq, 2023-07-10 [View all Bikeep reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Bikeep Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | New Zealand | Utilities | #157 | ## Apps Similar to Bikeep - [PARGI.EE](https://apptail.io/app/pargiee-fLb/canada) - [Super Kõnekaart ja Travel eSIM](https://apptail.io/app/super-konekaart-ja-travel-esim-toj/canada) - [EuroPark](https://apptail.io/app/europark-Bku/canada) - [Tribe Home](https://apptail.io/app/tribe-home-Ifeb/canada) - [529 Garage](https://apptail.io/app/529-garage-Nfeb/canada) - [My One NZ](https://apptail.io/app/my-one-nz-ZBIc/canada) - [NZ Post](https://apptail.io/app/nz-post-nDMc/canada) - [Nappið](https://apptail.io/app/nappid-RPKo/canada) - [HydroHome - by BC Hydro](https://apptail.io/app/hydrohome-by-bc-hydro-gDNq/canada) - [Bike Tire Pressure Calc](https://apptail.io/app/bike-tire-pressure-calc-iAWq/canada) ## Bikeep Available In - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/canada) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/new-zealand) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/united-states) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/united-kingdom) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/belgium) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/mexico) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/colombia) - [Cyprus](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/cyprus) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/czechia) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/germany) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/algeria) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/egypt) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/spain) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/france) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/hong-kong) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/ireland) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/israel) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/india) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/japan) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/south-korea) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/kuwait) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/kazakhstan) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/lebanon) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/malaysia) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/netherlands) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/philippines) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/pakistan) - [Portugal](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/portugal) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/romania) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/russia) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/singapore) - [Senegal](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/senegal) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/thailand) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/turkey) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/taiwan) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/vietnam) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/united-arab-emirates) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/south-africa) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/australia) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/brazil) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/belarus) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/chile) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/bikeep-axij/china) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
