The SMS verification does not work if you have a US (+1) number. You will not be able to use chargers or register for the app. We tried multiple times over multiple days and couldn’t get it to work.

Attempted to charge a rental car. You need to enter a phone number to use the app; okay. After a few attempts in which the app interface became non-interactable, we just got stuck behind an error saying, totally unhelpfully, "Ooops, something went wrong. A problem occurred on the service. Please try again later." I guess we just won't drive then!

No other app has wasted more of my time than this app. I have roaming data in Norway and can use other apps perfectly except for this one. I am not able to identify charging stations even while my car is plugged in or after scanning the code. They don’t even show up on the map. The ONLY way I’m able to view and start charging is when I’m connected to wifi. So I have to plug in and then search for places with free wifi using my existing LTE to find and google these hotspots. I have restart my phone, redownloaded the app and even trying letting it load for 15+ min

I’m not a techie and this is my first electric car experience. The app makes finding charging stations easy, and if you find a charging station on your own and then go to the app to use it, the app seems to know which station you’re at, and starting charging takes ten seconds. The feedback it gives while charging is super useful, too, for when you wander off to do something else.

Please add more charging stations from Trøndelag.

Det har hendt at automaten ikke vil lade. Da ville det vært fint med informasjon om hva som er galt. Eks tror jeg at den avviser lading noen ganger om batteriet er for varmt. Da ville det jo vært lett å vente noen minutter fremfor en del andre alternativer. Men der får jeg ikke vite😬 Ellers fornøgd.

Støtter ikke autfyll

I en jungel av apper, navn og betalingsløsninger på ladestasjoner og en god del feil på laderne i tillegg, så blir savnet av fossilbil bare større og større .. Er visst vanskelig å lage noe forbrukervennlig og helt umulig å enes om ett felles system..

Masse ladere som ikke fungerer. Håpløst system. Skjerp dere.

Tungvint appsystem som til stadig gir feilmelding. Dessverre ingen andre alternativ
