## Billconch Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Accessing"
Linking to it through the app and fingerprint issues
-- 380EC, 2024-12-13

### ****- "App loses connection when not home. When someone tries to tamper with it we should get notified imme"
App loses connection when not home. When someone tries to tamper with it we should get notified immediately. HOWEVER for the people saying anyone. An open the app …if you have an iPhone you can make ANY APP including this one require face recognition!
-- D_a_w_n_32, 2024-12-06

### *---- "Does not work with iOS 18.1.1."
Deleted app 3 times, walked through setup 4 times. Zero luck getting past password inputs.
-- Tsricha, 2024-12-05

### **--- "Notifications?"
Great safe and great app but blows my mind there is no notification if someone opens your safe- just a history of when it was opened… seems like the most obvious safety feature because if a kid gets into a safe, every second matters. I don’t want to look back at the unlock history and be like “ah yeah looks like the little guy got into it yesterday…”
-- Mitchh2k13, 2024-11-21

### *---- "Absolutely horrible app"
The gun safe itself is great, no issues whatsoever. Looks great as well. But the app is just terrible. Can’t connect to the safe at all, as a matter of fact, the safe doesn’t even come up when searching for a device anymore. Came up once when I first downloaded the app, tried to pair it, the app then crashed, and when I opened it back up to try again, it’s never came back up again.
-- Jmooney92, 2024-11-20

### ***** "Works as advertised!"
Set up instructions are well written. There are also QR codes for set up. I did see numerous complaints about app being too easy to open. There is a “connection password switch box at bottom of settings screen. Make sure this is checked and a passcode will be required to open the app. Typically admin passcode but you can have a special passcode just for the app.

### ***** "Works as expected and as advertised"
Able to set key code and fingerprint locks perfectly. App works great. Intuitive. Instructions are a bonus. Can see the history in the app.

The review about unable to lock remotely is an idiot. The open position springs the door open. There is no mechanism to close the door remotely. Need a power door, not a spring door for a remote lock. A poor review was unwarranted. They are complaining about something the unit was not designed to do.

### *---- "Safe is great, but the app presents security issues"
I love the safe, but am deleting the app, because there is no facial recognition or anything to get into the app and the only function is to unlock the safe and add passwords. My phone code should not be the only line of defense for keeping people out of an app that holds important items.

This app would be better if it did the following:
- Log times when the safe has been unlocked, tampered with, or settings were changed
- Facial recognition before allowing access to the app
-- Freevrs, 2024-07-22

### *---- "Why no password to enter the app?!"
The safe is fantastic and the app would be a nice feature especially since it tells you the battery percentage but it is baffling that the app doesn’t require a password to enter the unlock feature. If my daughter gets my wife or my phone and opens the app she unlock the safe by swiping right?! That is nonsense. Please add this feature to the app so I can use it
-- Tocci92, 2024-03-01

### **--- "Basic app"
Basic application for the functionality of the safe. Please add notifications when battery level is low.
