This app should allow updating your membership and allow access to the property without having to keep track of a card and without having to wait in line to renew. Once that happens, I’ll re rate this much higher.

This would be a great pathway for tickets, reservations etc. any tickets I purchase here are not accessible with my discounts. Maybe I am missing something but I can’t see it. Let me know if I am wrong. Disappointed.

Tried to login to make house reservations, app kept giving other options like updating my profile, tried updating profile then it kick me out. Gave up.

The app does not allow users to input passholder info and other data to buy tickets as members with discounted rates. The only profile info the user is able to upload is that for newsletters and promotions. I don’t need anymore spam at the moment…

Waste of bandwidth.

I needed information on the Deer Park exhibition. It was lacking. Guest Relations should stay on top of news and concert information. App needs to be current and updated.

The app is a great idea to have all the information a visitor would need in one place. The content appears to be the same as the website so no real benefit. The best part was the interactive map. The map could be improved by giving you amount of time from one destination to another in real time not just a list. I hoped to gleam more about the Biltmore Estate history and family but there is very little on the app. Biltmore please bring the app up to your level of service.

It’s nice for information purposes. Would be nice to be able to see reservations and itineraries on the app. Also was not able to submit feedback for the app through the app. 🤷‍♀️
