## Biltmore Estate Reviews in United States

### **--- "Patti B"
This app gives great information and I love the map feature but it should be updated to link my membership. I would like to make reservations with the app. instead of the website or calling in. It would be much easier for those who visit regularly.
-- thebranns, 2024-12-06

### *---- "App and website"
Both the app and website are not very user friendly for booking house times. You have to hunt and click on the website to find it.
-- 1Amstar, 2024-11-24

### *---- "Worst app"
The Biltmore website is pitiful but the app is pretty much useless.
-- qeertdffg, 2024-11-19

### *---- "Should have a log in option"
You should be able to log into your Biltmore account and access your annual pass.
-- WeekendSnowbird, 2024-08-05

### *---- "Bike maps?"
I’m a new pass holder and I just downloaded this app in hopes of finding maps of bike trails and roads on the estate so I could plan out some routes. So far I haven’t found any. Would you consider adding some? Thanks!
-- Request for bike maps, 2024-07-07

### ***** "Informative but lacking"
I downloaded the app for my stay over the Memorial Day holiday. The app was very informative to include maps, and a daily activity list of all the events, hours of operation for all the places and also included a brief explanation for all the things. It beats carrying around a paper map or having to ask someone for help or directions. The app was perfect in that regard. Where it lacked was the inability to store my key or passes. However, I don’t think that is the intended purpose of the app. So in that respect, the app does exactly what it’s supposed to do in that it provided all the necessary information and maps to make my stay as stress-free as possible. Definitely download if you’re on the grounds for more than a day.

### *---- "Not Pass-holder Friendly"
Does not store pass ID or function for reservations and ticket purchase for pass holders.
-- TP67**, 2024-04-07

### *---- "Worst app ever"
I don’t believe I have ever experienced an app as terrible as this one. I am a season pass holder and have been one for years. Trying to get tickets on here is the most impossible thing I have ever tried to do.
Not sure who thinks this is working, but it isn’t!
-- Annwalro, 2024-03-17

### *---- "I would have expected a lot better"
Biltmore is such a classy place but the app is simply horrible. Not at all intuitive and very difficult to find what you want. Limited navigation. Very frustrating. I open it from time to time thinking there’s no way it isn’t being upgraded, but I always shut it down and leave disappointed. I’ve never derived any value from it.
-- Vacation starved, 2024-01-06

### *---- "As a passholder I expected this to be more helpful"
Unless I’m missing something I don’t see the benefit to the app. You still have go to the website to make reservations.
