Ops transforms the handover process by connecting BIM asset data created during building design and construction to building operations. Owners begin operations on day one, with a mobile-first solution and the information they need, where and when they need it. BIM 360 Ops offers benefits for building owners and operators: • Extend the BIM lifecycle to the building operations phase • Enable owners to begin operations on day one with a turnkey maintenance and asset management solution • Jumpstart asset maintenance by adding assets from Autodesk Revit®, Autodesk BIM 360 Field, Panoramic Power, and spreadsheets. Assets include document and model viewing, maintenance checklists, scheduling and maintenance history. • Enable mobile technicians and vendors access to contextually relevant information on the iPhone utilizing the latest iOS and iPhone technologies like Peek and Pop, and enhanced notifications • Provide actionable, role-based insight for buildings and building portfolios via the Portfolio and Building Dashboards • Offer ticket creation and management for reactive, preventive and predictive maintenance • Manage contacts for buildings and building portfolios • Customize reports for assets and tickets, view portfolio statistics and configure work orders • Experience the Internet of Things in action by connecting to wireless, self-powered sensors from Panoramic Power • Speed data entry and reveal what is relevant based on role, location, and context using proximity and machine learning techniques ## BIM 360 Ops Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple115/v4/a6/d1/1a/a6d11a23-0fb2-03a2-0881-6bb687dce1a2/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple125/v4/9a/a6/4f/9aa64fd4-60a4-6e6b-7299-58b8b8b87443/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource115/v4/33/5d/6b/335d6b7a-84ec-2572-75cf-be088f6b773c/0062cb0f-701e-490a-924d-7536e683f46a_phone_3.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple125/v4/9d/98/99/9d9899de-e5aa-a508-b30d-5fc46f6a4ce0/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple125/v4/e5/82/8d/e5828d8c-c546-d128-1ae6-96a45c0b2544/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple125/v4/13/e7/00/13e70008-9d0c-8873-ec8b-4011d28e2de2/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 7](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple125/v4/92/98/f2/9298f2c4-6866-2927-a86e-02a3e2d0888a/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 8](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple125/v4/97/49/75/9749754e-3611-249a-08e5-732f31607ca1/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) ## BIM 360 Ops Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 8 (67%) - 4 stars: 0 (0%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 1 (8%) - 1 stars: 3 (25%) ## BIM 360 Ops Reviews in United States ### ***** "Ease of use Maintenance Application" Very productive app. -- FM BIM Geek, 2021-09-03 ### **--- "Great app but.."
