The Bank Islam app is very slow to load, especially when making payments through third-party apps such as TNB and Astro. Most of the time, the login page takes too long to appear or fails to load altogether, making it difficult to complete transactions.

This issue has been ongoing for quite some time and significantly affects the user experience. Bank Islam should address and resolve this problem as soon as possible to ensure a smoother and more reliable banking service for its customers.
