Payment Portal
The only problem I have with them is the payment portal, there is a problem to link any form of card to the app. I understand your explanation, but the bank received a confirmation that was noted as Fraudulent. They don’t accept third party confirmations. Bifinity portal was unacceptable. I did as you requested. Axel was not able to assist. He said I need to use a different card, if the bank will not accept any third party website confirmation.

Need regulation’s for the Caribbean especially Jamaica
Minor yet MAJOR issue
Please work on the regulations so that customers in the Caribbean, specifically Jamaica, may be able to have easier options in buying dollars/Crypto. Otherwise unnuh cool!
