This app truly has absolute magic in it. I have used it for pain management, tinnitus and for deep relaxation! It works however you want it to work! It’s blissful and therapeutic....can’t say enough praise! Great work, Binaural DreamTeam!

Using the sleep pack, I could sense my mind and body switching gears. I fell asleep within minutes and felt a sense of clarity and almost a sense of joy upon waking. This is coming from a working mom of a toddler and sleep is a deeply emotional issue for me. The waves are beautifully engineered and definitely brought something positive to the surface. I am excited to explore the other packs.

Look no further - this program did more for me than I imagined. Like most people, I can’t find the time in my life for daily meditation. But, like most people, I have my phone and earplugs handy at any given time. So instead of mindlessly checking my email, I will open this App and close my eyes for a few minutes. Listening to the beats is like magic - and this is from a busy working parent. You won’t regret it - try it!

This is hands-down the best app for meditation. I started using it and am hooked on the way and makes me feel. I can’t wait to see my progress after three months, because as of right now, I am a already a chiller person because of Binaural Dream!
I rarely comment on apps but wanted to drop a note on this one. It’s really well designed and very intuitive to use. As someone who gets easily distracted, I love the focus packs. It really helps harness my mind and concentrate on the task at hand. Great app!
In the past I have gone for guided meditation but after one night of using one of The sleep specific meditations and I was hooked. I was so relaxed and fell asleep before the session ended. It was a pleasure to not be interrupted by a voice telling me what to do next. After that I went on to try several other meditations and I have NOT been disappointed. This app helps me relax and be a calmer and less anxious version of myself. A new and great meditation experience. It’s a must.
