Every now and then the game offers free rubies if you watch a video.  This gives players a great incentive to watch their videos, however, they can’t seem to let you see the video because there are “issues” so the videos RARELY work!  It’s VERY FRUSTRATING so I am looking for another Bingo game.  It’s sad because I have had this game for several years and I love it but they need to fix the video problem.

Are you going to fix the interface with Facebook ever? Apparently all of my saved money and progress was stored there and when I upgraded my iPad it won’t connect or restore.

If you cared you would be on top of this and fix ing this.

Your tech department told me that my info was unrecoverable and I’ve lost everything I have put into this game.  

It’s not worth it.  If you don’t value fixing your mistakes, I don’t value your program.

I love this bingo game. I didn’t play for like 3 months. Log back in to play and all my stuff was gone. I had 200,000 coins, over 200 boosters and 200 gems and they’re all back to small numbers.  WTH.
