With the new update to the fish aquarium you can feed fish for tickets & power ups. You get the tickets but not the power ups. I notified support but they told me you don’t get those. Why is that an option then? I have spent a lot on money on this game but won’t anymore. Bad answer support!

Update: since reporting their glitch I have been constantly harrassed by support. They want screenshots which I sent at time of reporting the glitch but they never looked at & then they are saying they want to know who told me about it. They dont know their own game & are to lazy to look.

Today (August 3, 2023) is the final straw. The change to tasks is ridiculous. Having no choice as to what level or game to play to complete the daily tasks is not fair. While I’m at a high level because I’ve been playing for years, I don’t have the tickets to play Epic level. So many players are complaining and many long time players are going to leave this game.

This game is so frustrating, they updated the game and ever since it’s really hard to get bingo’s. Then if you ever do get a multiple bingo board they want to reward you for your multiple bingo but…. You have to pay real money for the reward 😂. Greedy developers, if they would let you win more games for tickets to play they would get our money for upgrades and such but most of us are so frustrated with it they are just going to loose long time players.

Please tell me if I am playing this game too often? Tonight it seems to be stupid. The reason I say this is because you’ll get a couple Bingos, and then the numbers keep coming and when you go to daub numbers, all you get is bad bingo over and over every time you daub a number. Finally, I just let it go until I decide to stop on its own. Very frustrating, losing patience etc. please fix this bug. I cannot tell you if I lose puzzle pieces or not.
