## Binzone Description
What bin is it this week? If you live in South Oxfordshire or the Vale of White Horse, Binzone has the answer.

Does it go in the green bin or the grey bin? How do you recycle that broken hairdryer or those tatty old clothes? Once again, Binzone has the answer.

## Binzone Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Doesn’t work any more"
Stopped working a while back. Please fix!
-- Steve_B_1983, 2026-03-29

### *---- "Hasn’t worked for months…"
This was a useful app… a long time ago! Quick and easy check on which bins and any changes due to bank hols etc. now does not work at all - and combined with the SODC website that has calendar downloads for collections from April and we’re mid March… a masterclass in lack of clear information from the council.
-- No Binformation, 2026-03-24

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
The app literally doesn’t launch now. Given that this could be vibe coded by Claude it is shocking how bad this app is in 2026
-- SamBudds, 2026-03-15

### *---- "Binzone Error"
Getting this error on the app
403 Forbidden
Microsoft-Azure-Application-Gateway/v2
-- DenManni, 2026-03-09

### *---- "Stopped working"
It was basic before however now doesn’t seem to work on my phone!
-- LilEmma19789, 2026-03-09

### ****- "Seems to stopped working completely"
In the last few months the app seems to have stopped working. I’m on iOS 26 and every time they open the app immediately get an error saying “ alert, app update from gonative.io required”
-- iPhone user 1975 1975, 2026-03-04

### *---- "Bin IT - no longer supported"
Received this response from SODC

Due to updated internet security standards, the app version of Binzone is no longer supported. However, you can still use the service via your web browser to look up your bin day. As such we would suggest deleting the app and instead adding a link to the webpage southoxon.gov.uk/binzone or whitehorsedc.gov.uk/binzone to your smart phone.
-- GaryC2002, 2026-03-04

### **--- "Only works on one device"
Works on my tablet but not on my phone, showing only “403 Forbidden Microsoft-Azure-Application-Gateway/v2”
-- toophew, 2026-03-03

### *---- "Rubbish..."
App doesn't work most of the time
-- SpewageOX, 2026-03-02

### *---- "Stopped working"
Was useful until it stopped working. Now it says an update is required but not available in the App Store. IOS 26.3
