Please improve BIP’s UX
Guys, great app for calling UA numbers abroad. Please, fix its UX. When I’m opening the app, I want to call a person. 1. How do I even know I can call them from abroad? 2. What’s the tariff for calling them? 3. How long my call can last until I ran out of money? — there’s nothing to find this out and I can’t stress enough how frustrating it is.

Після зміни телефону зіштовхнувся з проблемою, що не можу авторизуватися в додатку, смс на пошту не приходить, з кодом необхідним для входу, а пише, що смс відправлено на Bip номер, до якого в мене відсутній доступ без авторизації.

Почему, чтобы нормально звонить BiP out -нужно раз в неделю переустанавливать приложение. А чтобы написать в support - нужен email, при том, что нигде нет в настройках такого пункта

Сколько уже не работает вызов по мобильной сети? 3 месяца? Полгода? Сколько репортов уже было? Может пофиксите?

Не работает за границей без VPN, не смотря на все убеждение lifecella
Не работает за границей без VPN, не смотря на все убеждение lifecella. Невозможно совершать исходящие или входящие звонки с помощью Bip-out и оплаченных минут. Просто срывается любой входящий или исходящий звонок. Поддержка слепа и глуха как никогда прежде. Высылал неоднократно детальное описание проблемы, а они отвечает опишите проблему... заебали...
Работает только по wifi
Уже несколько месяцев Bip out/in не может работать по 3G/Lte, только по wifi. Причём проблема такая у всех в семье на разных моделях iPhone и разных операторах. Тех. поддержка не помогает «мы сообщим в течении 5дней» и все на этом проблема как была так и остаётся.
