No idea how to get it working
I’m using the Lifecell virtual number. By default I should have unlimited calls to Lifecell numbers, but once I try to make a call, the system tells me I don’t have enough balance to make a call, and offers me to have a BIP-sos package, which I cannot order, since I’m using the virtual number. Secondly, it’s impossible to get in touch with the App support. When I try to send a message from “About BIP” > “Contact Us”, I get an error “Register an email account to send emails”. But I cannot add my email address to my account, the app won’t allow me! Unbelievable. Thirdly, incoming calls from foreign numbers don’t work. They simply don’t come through. App Support reps, please advise.
