Had Bip few year now an it’s never let me down the apps always worked fine an customer service has always answered promptly if ever I needed them ..easy to make payments in installments or by direct debit an best of all I don’t have to carry a card around as it’s virtual also can use abroad with no exchange fees

Great card easy to use good customer service! Could do with a physical card too then it would be perfect!
Making payment to card is a nightmare
You have to leave the app to authorise payment from your payment card company and when you come back you have to log in again, and you get stuck in a loop and have to do it all again.

Been useless so far!
Opened a new account and they blocked my first purchase and put it down as fraud. Been trying to sort it out over their online chat but the customer service is so slow and they’re acting as if I don’t have better things to do or that I might be busy myself. They take so long to reply that I’m busy doing something else. Then they cancel the conversation. And I’ve got to start all over again. Customer service takes about 10 mins per message to respond. Really bad so far. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Account under review
They placed my account under review after I tried making a purchase. I contacted them multiple times and was told to wait for them to contact me about it. It’s been a month and no contact.. can’t even log in to my app. Very weird.
Payment methods
Used to be able to pay by direct bank transfer, now it forces me to use my debit card. Otherwise easy to manage and pay off the balance regularly. It’s online only, so no plastic card.
AVOID You will be declined and a HARD search recorded
This company is like Zopa, they offer you credit then decline it all. Even if you have good financial record and a high credit score. Sure these company’s just like to give people a HARD search to lower there credit scores purposely. AVOID!
