track your toll road’s consumptions, book a parking space, find service stations and Motorway Service Areas, plan your itinerary, etc.
With the Bip&Go application, we provide you with more services to make your daily life easier, whether you want to track your toll road’s consumption, download and print your invoices, plan your next holiday, find and/or book a parking space or pinpoint the cheapest service station around you.
Convenient and fast, enter or leave the car park with a simple push on a button from your app. The amount corresponding to the duration of your parking is then added to your monthly Bip&Go bill.

Pas sérieux changer d opérateur
Voilà au moins 10 fois que j appelle pour faire régulariser un doublon de péage à sées suite à une erreur de leur système. 4 euros de trop prélevé 5 mois après toujours pas de régularisation. Toutes les preuves sont apportées.

bonjour, le programme bipgo qu'il a installé fonctionnait lorsque j'ai installé l'iphone 6, il fonctionne depuis 1 semaine, pourquoi ne fonctionne-t-il pas, quel est le problème
Pratique mais livraison hors de prix
Pratique et je n’ai eu qu’une fois un souci sur un péage de Marseille. Par contre facturer 6 euros d’envoi pour le support par brise c’est abusé

Manque d'optimisation
Sur le processus d'abonnement : - le badge met entre 5 et 10 jours à arriver 😮 euh les gars Amazon ils arrivent à livrer le soir même, Colissimo en 48h, c'est énorme vos délais - le badge de recharge électrique et le badge bio&go sont envoyés séparément ... - il faut commander séparément la brassière moto. Encore un colis, encore €6.- de frais de ports, et encore du CO2 émis. Pourquoi ne pas le proposer en option à la commande ? - il faut payer pour accéder à des pays en option... sérieusement les gars ? - le système n'est même pas compatible dans toute l'europe Sur l'appli les passages aux telepeages ne sont pas en temps réel, encore moins avec une notification. Il faudra attendre entre 3 et 5j pour savoir combien a coûté un trajet puisque ce n'est même pas affiché au moment du passage au niveau de la barrière. Dans l'appli j'aurais aimé être localisé pour m'indiquer sur mon itinéraire les prochaines aires de repos et services associés. Ou les éléments à visiter ou pour se détendre à proximité du passage de l'autoroute. Rien. Sur les parkings rien à propos des motos non plus : tarifs, emplacements spécifiques, consignes sur place, ... Les avantages ça va vite il y en a 5 dont 3 inactifs. Je n'ai pas compris pourquoi je dois saisir ma plaque d'immatriculation je pensais pouvoir utiliser mon badge dans plusieurs véhicules. Pareil on ne peut pas saisir plusieurs plaques. Pour contacter l'assistance ça sera par formulaire web seulement. Non pas de numéro de téléphone, rien. Et ils mettent plusieurs jours à répondre. J'ai choisi le telepeage parce que je ne comprends rien au freeflow, mais objectivement je préférais quand il y avait un agent à la barrière. Je paye en plus pour utiliser un service autoroutier déjà payant, et l'emploi dans les gare de péages a été réduit à néant. Déçu. Complément 02/12/2024 Je reçois des factures où je constate que des passages sont facturés classe 1 sur classe 5. Il y a bien un formulaire caché dans l'application mais pas sur le site web bizarrement. Suffirait pourtant de pouvoir ouvrir une réclamation en cliquant sur la ligne en erreur plutôt que de devoir à nouveau retrouver le numéro de facture, du badge, 🙄 Expérience client déplorable.
