When the scooters don’t have gas, there’s not much of a ride there. Just learning so didn’t know how to determine if it has power or not until now.

WORST COMPANY EVER DO NOT USE!!!

I rented a scooter in down town Nashville Tennessee rode it around down town for an hour and a half only about 9 miles got back to the hotel and ended the ride checked my bank account and it overcharged my account because for an hour and a half ride it cost me 70 dollars witch is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS so now my debit card is overcharged because I keep all my money in cash and I’m out of town. So if you are thinking about using one for a little while be prepared to be overcharged and if you try to talk to their customer service well you might as well talk to a brick wall because they are absolutely worthless.

Terrible in LA

Don’t use in LA. I wanted to go from LAX to so fi it costs me $20 for 2 miles. The service area is small which it doesn’t say anything about. Uber was cheaper. Don’t use

Rough night.

Never seen this “lock” device before

Flux a 🔥 fire on

United States

Had to ride home from work the old fashioned way. Kicking and pushing The Bird scooter. Kept claiming something about lock and pop out key. Nowhere have I ever seen or heard of this before on my many Bird rides and other similar companies and yes I was charged even though I had to ride old fashion style. The app claimed the battery was charged too. I also unlocked and locked it in the app as suggested with no luck. Bad experience after an already tough day. What’s going on Bird!!?

Road and tired

CaldeM89 on

United States

The road in some of the small streets are very rough on the tires, the scooter needs better tires so the ride is not so bumpy
