Not recommended due to billing issues
I’ve had a disappointing experience with the Bird app due to being double-charged for rides, resulting in an unnecessary overcharge of 140 GEL ($52.25). The app not only charged my card for each ride but also topped up my account with equivalent amounts, effectively billing me twice for the same service. Given this experience, I strongly discourage using Bird’s services until they address and rectify these critical billing issues.

Не работает в комендантский
Списало деньги для использования, но при этом самокат не поехал, потому что начинался комендантский час. Нигде в условиях использования нет про это предупреждения. Только ради этого собственно и установил приложение и закинул денег, потому что такси не приезжало.

I used this application in Georgia. The last few trips were charging money for the start, but either the scooter did not move, or the trip was interrupted by the application after 300 meters. In fact, they simply deducted money from me for the start, but I could not use transport. When I contacted support, they did not help resolve the issue and did not return the money.
