## BIRSE Description
BigGo 比價網站推出的全新服務－BIRSE，是一項資訊搜尋的重大突破。BIRSE 本質上來說是「圖片搜尋」，背後的設計脈絡、呈現結果和一般大眾所認知的「以圖搜圖」有極大差異。

全新突破
BIRSE 是利用生成式工具的基礎，將文字跟圖片建構在零樣本學習模型上，而拓展出的圖片搜尋系統。和一些知名的 Vision LLM 一樣，具有「圖像理解能力」，能夠進一步分析圖片中的資訊，基於圖片中物品的意義進行搜尋。

不只是外觀、顏色，而是找出具有相同意義的圖片，像是該物品的材質、風格，解決了難以用文字表達、其他以圖搜圖沒辦法分析到的結果。

應用情境
過去使用 BigGo 搜尋引擎必須輸入關鍵字來查詢和比價，但僅有部份有明確規格的商品，較適合用關鍵字搜尋，像是電腦零組件、家電等等。而服飾、家具、時尚類有不同風格、材質的物件，較難以用文字形容，則較難精準的搜尋。

商品導向
另一個問題是，像服飾類容易搜尋到圖片資料庫、網紅的穿搭照，搜尋到購物平台的比例較少，甚至無法直接進行購買。在 BIRSE 出現之前，其他的圖片搜尋雖然也有提出相關功能，但其搜尋規模與正確度卻沒有特別出色。透過 BigGo 本身擁有更大的參數模型與 5 億筆本地商品資訊，希望能突破相關應用的功能，幫助用戶更快速找到理想的商品。
