I’d just like to pass on my feedback as someone who has been using this app for years. Voucher aspect of the app has been removed so now I will no longer use it, nor will I be recommending it to any more of my friends. It was the best part of the app. Discounts off coffee and restaurants are not beneficial for your audience of dog owners and lovers. Out of touch. The vouchers were a perfect way of contributing to the wellbeing of our pets and also sometimes reducing the burden of the cost of living crisis. You have lost 2 users in myself and my partner, potentially more as all of my friends and family were using the app for this same reason, they now have no reason to. UPDATE: Since Biscuit have replied, I will add my response here. I contacted the support team as soon as I learnt of the changes to express my disappointment and feedback. This has fallen on deaf ears and I was given a blanket copy and paste, patronising and irrelevant response on how to ‘get the most out of’ my new biscuit experience. Complete scam of an app. Got greedy and tried to cut costs to maximise profit and rip people off. AVOID. -- schofieldlauren, 2026-07-09 ### *---- "Getting worse and worse" Been using it for 1y payed, I've earned probably 50-60 quid in 1 year, payed the sub like £35. Whats the point, now i walk my dog without any worries of starting any app, used to create £20 in a month no sub needed, it's just not worth it. -- HumbleRider, 2026-07-09 ### **--- "It used to be great" This app was great, I walked my dog and earned biscuits, I exchanged these for e-gift cards to buy my Christmas food shop. Then they introduced the paid version which was still reasonable and worth the effort. The latest update you can’t earn biscuits or buy food shop vouchers, just coffee and discounts. Not worth the £3.99 a month for the subscription anymore -- Sharons757, 2026-07-09 ### *---- "Disappointing :(" Used this app for years and was a subscriber too but with the recent changes it’s not worth it anymore. You only gain points to enter competitions which i’m not interested in. Whereas I found gaining points for gift vouchers very useful. Disappointed. -- loafso, 2026-07-08 ### *---- "Don’t Bother" What’s the point in this app now? There used to be an incentive with gift cards, now there’s not. Don’t bother downloading as they’ve run it into the ground. -- EMalyon, 2026-07-08 ### *---- "One huge red flag of an app." 3 or 4 years ago, this app was the best in this type of genre. Sadly since they decided to start charging us it’s just gone from bad to worse. The range of vouchers you could redeem your points for was great, now you only have competitors you can enter, and never likely win. Makes the subscription fee utterly pointless as you get absolutely nothing back. Save your money and avoid Biscuit at all costs, little more than a scam app now. Can’t see it continuing much longer, as it’s obvious that most people have cancelled their subscriptions. Notice that Waggel appear to have jettisoned it too. Warning signs are loud and clear. -- Wolfman7383, 2026-07-08 ### ****- "Good but issues today" Had issues with the app. Frozen when trying to save walk yesterday. Tried offloading app. Didn’t work. Uninstalled and reinstalled today and thankfully didn’t lose yesterday’s data. Not feeling the change to rewards either. To get anything decent I’d have to pay for the both dogs -- sphinxxmcr, 2026-07-07 ### *---- "Really disappointed with changes" Been using Biscuit for a few years and an annual subscriber for almost a year and very disappointed with the changes. It was a great app to get points from dog walks and then using the points to get vouchers and often told people about it. Even though the subscription seemed a lot for 2 dogs it was absolutely worth it for the value of the vouchers that you could get. They have dropped the price of a monthly subscription but I won’t be continuing with the plus as it’s just not worth it anymore. I emailed the company straight away, as soon as I got the email about the changes, to check if the discounts is all we would get with Plus, as I don’t drink coffee and have had the Tastecard before and it just wasn’t worth it, and was disappointed with their reply. I’m guessing this is about making them more money but I think it has backfired as they will lose alot of subscribers. Please think about changing it back as it seems that lots of other people are not happy either. The app has also stopped logging walks and is stuck saying your walk is saved but won’t move on. -- nic1cola, 2026-07-07 ### *---- "Not working after the upgrade" The app was working fine for me until the upgrade. Now it is stuck on the Progress page and the Continue button is faint. I am unable to record any walks. -- Malcthebass, 2026-07-07 ### *---- "Big changes have ruined this app" Big changes have ruined this app This used to be a great app for earning biscuits (rewards) that you could exchange for vouchers as an incentive to walk your dog. Since the changes made on 1st July, you now earn biscuits to enter competitions or get a discount card for coffee or food instead. I pay a subscription for this app, and I think it’s a real shame the whole concept has changed. Who wants to enter a competition or get a discount card instead of an actual voucher? It’s a poor way to encourage dog walking, and it feels like far worse value for money when you’re still paying the same subscription for a much weaker reward. I’d like to see the voucher system brought back — as it stands, I can’t justify the subscription cost -- Ley181, 2026-07-07 [View all Biscuit Pet Care reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Biscuit Pet Care In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Biscuit Plus one pet monthly | £3.99 | | Biscuit Plus two pet monthly | £3.99 | ## Biscuit Pet Care Discovered Keywords - biscuits - biscuit - biscuit app - biscuit pet care - walk your dog - care of pets - walking plays - vet easy - wellbeing game ## Apps Similar to Biscuit Pet Care - [NHS Couch to 5K](https://apptail.io/app/nhs-couch-to-5k-yDi/united-kingdom) - [NHS Food Scanner](https://apptail.io/app/nhs-food-scanner-eOk/united-kingdom) - [Joii Pet Care](https://apptail.io/app/joii-pet-care-WTp/united-kingdom) - [Team RH Fitness](https://apptail.io/app/team-rh-fitness-QEq/united-kingdom) - [PetsApp](https://apptail.io/app/petsapp-Ftt/united-kingdom) - [The Body Coach: Fitness Plans](https://apptail.io/app/the-body-coach-fitness-plans-PFu/united-kingdom) - [NHS Weight Loss Plan](https://apptail.io/app/nhs-weight-loss-plan-EIv/united-kingdom) - [FirstVet](https://apptail.io/app/firstvet-oqV/united-kingdom) - [Emma's Diary Pregnancy Tracker](https://apptail.io/app/emmas-diary-pregnancy-tracker-wKV/united-kingdom) - [PitPat](https://apptail.io/app/pitpat-ySIb/united-kingdom) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
