What a wonderful product! Thank you, Bissell.

Great choice!

I have been a robot vacuum user for 20 years. I have always wanted a robot mop, and this is the best of both worlds. I have not used it yet as a dry vacuum, only as a wet mop. It does a great job,and just like a robot vacuum, it’s not going to replace mopping. It’s just an extra help.

Worst app ever

Full of bugs.. Nothing works! Each update it’s becoming worse! Today I can’t even run a robot at all!!!!!!

Cleanliness

Went with the Bissell because we don’t have much need for more expensive cleaner, but wish we would have spent the money now. This thing does not pick up hardly anything off of our tile and wood floors, always end up sweeping again and mopping the floors ourselves

Love the Bissell crosswave

I have been looking for the best mop vacuum option. I have had 3 before this one and Bissell crosses r by far beats them all

Dry mode delivered! I’ll have to try on mopping mode next.

I like it designed well. It really works well for me. Prices are great! I’m very satisfied.

Impossible to log in

It’s not possible to log in using oauth with Apple ID on vpn. The issue is recent and comes with the addition of having to log in every single time you open the app rather than caching credentials on device.

Its Not Bad

It gets stuck weirdly and randomly from time to time but overall the vacuum works well on hard surfaces. Its Not good on carpet though

Not very smart

This thing a clean half the room three times and the other half not at all. I have a 30 foot hallway and it’ll try and do it diagonally and take forever. It won’t go straight up and down the hall. makes no sense.
