Developer's exact response: “If still doesn’t work, please ask for a refund to Apple (they manage all the refunds, I can’t do it for you). This is done on the App Store. So, again, sorry and thank you for purchasing the widget 🙏” Their troubleshooting steps didn't work, and the purchase is so old that it is NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
