I am struggling to even understand what is the point in having this web browser protection when it is getting turned off as soon as users lock their devices and it comes back on when you unlock your phone so when our phones are locked this security measures aren’t even doing anything to protect our devices
I have sent this to your support team members because I am finding this thing very suspicious because why would you even want to turn off a security protection when that is why users paid for this security this is what keeps showing up on the screen of your mobile app and then it wouldn’t even let me turn it on at all because of this on screen message How long would you like to disable Web Protection for? Was working, recognised amount subscription left but also said subscription was invalid. Just another Bitdefender problem in a long line of bugs this software has had over the past 6 months.
Multiple times it turns itself off, claims it isn’t using a working subscription (it is). Really disappointing, because I’ve heard good things.
A great app and easy to use. However the app needs a facility to be able to scan the network so you can see who is using your network and identify the devices on your network.
Hi, I have been using this app for few years and was happy so far. But there’s no option in iOS mobile version for detailed file scan which it has for the windows desktop version. So I am not sure how secure this app for iOS mobile. We expect an additional feature of cleanup junk files, folders, cookies etc in iOS mobile versions. Please look into it.
OK app. Just a bit confusing with finding the right features. Also, terrible annoying when an update is coming on iOS it stops updating half way through the download and blocks the App Store; last time it took 3-4 days to finish the update, right now is happening again. And this is on three different devices I have, all the same, stuck on bitdefender update. No other app does that.
For the first 24 hours it was fine. One night I activated the VPN then the next day at lunchtime it freaking STOLE ALL MY INTERNET!!!! I restarted my phone and reset my network settings, didn’t work. Then I deleted the app and my internet was back. Do not use. 1 Star
