This app is still telling me to purchase web browser protection and I have a paid subscription what is the problem with this app and what other scam is going on probably because of tech companies as soon as you put your phone on lockscreen the vpn turns off and isn’t even working
For the first 24 hours it was fine. One night I activated the VPN then the next day at lunchtime it freaking STOLE ALL MY INTERNET!!!! I restarted my phone and reset my network settings, didn’t work. Then I deleted the app and my internet was back. Do not use. 1 Star
There is something very very wrong with this entire security system every single thing of this security app had all been turned off without any of my knowledge or permission and I honestly believe that this security system is being highjack especially if it can all be turned off this easily and I was even listening to my son who has your premium security and it was even all turned off I think this entire security needs a total overhaul because quite frankly these frauds have access to being able to access everything
I still keep getting at risk on my central app. Enough of the scare tactics;)
Great application, but Instead of 2 apps VPN and mobile security-web browsing, it should be one only app. As it stands these 2 apps just drains the battery too fast and is heavy on phone operations. When the phone is not in use, (asleep) why not pause the application automatically to save battery as the phone software does? Overall though, the protection is very good, and plan to continue using it for awhile pending improvements.
Bitdefender is an amazing cybersecurity company that has the best tools and resources available for you in the industry. The interface of their services are user friendly, very insightful and easy to use.
I’m no expert so I can’t comment on anything technical but the bottom line is I feel safer using my devices and have had no problems. It generates good reports and offers good tips.
Like I just sent support I do not like the fact that tech companies and even social media platforms have a login showing up before we even sign into our own paid for security services and how is this possible even remotely protected us from them gaining access to all of our security services and doing anything that they want to do to our security services that we’ve paid for I do not like this one little bit I’m starting to think what is the point in having any of these security measures if all of these governments and others have technology or software that can cut straight through any known security systems and vpns now I’m starting to understand why many of these security services are without any of our knowledge or permission being turned off without our knowledge and this is an official report by known governments and whoever else are even turning off users phone lock passwords and so much for this unnamed tech company protecting users privacy and safety and I even messaged your company about this information honestly what is the point of having any of these security measures if all of these actually corrupt governments and whoever else’ can turn off whatever they want any time they want to that certainly isn’t protecting our privacy and safety
I have complained about this for many months now via emails. Nothing has been done about it and no remedy has been suggested. I have paid for top protection with Bitdefender but am not getting what I have paid for. I have had replies from you saying that Bitdefender is working on the issue and others that cannot help me at all. My last 2 emails about this have net even been replied to. Just not good enough and I’m sick of having to manually turn turn on browsing protection.
Turns itself off. No notifications. No pattern. Totally unreliable.
