I signed up to this after reading lots of reviews and all the policy paperwork, which says you can end your subscription at any time via the account management area. This is a lie. There is no way to easily cancel your subscription renewal via your account and now I am going to be stuck in a doom loop with customer support to try to cancel my subscription and auto renewal. Rubbish.
It was there when I got hacked and I was not anymore it was eszy to use fun to use and efficient.
Keeps switching itself off. I scan my devices regularly; every time the report says web protection not switched on…well I didn’t switch it off!
I use Bitdefender on all my devices and it's been great. Except for the fact Web Protection keeps turning off on iPhone. I have to go into the app and reactivate it. Norton 360 does not suffer from this bug, if it is a bug. 4 stars.
Can just head my head the system
Continuing problems with paid version to ensure continuing connection on 2 iPhones, an iPad and MacBook Pro. The support service is very poor. It was top of “Which” Best Buys but is no longer recommended. I am not surprised. A month later. Continuing problems of disconnection. No easy means of contacting provider to correct the problem. Bitdefender apparently operating from Roumania…..hmmm.
The app is not connected to apple mail or even mobile browser to provide internet security. On the other hand on desktop the bitdefender total security works perfectly. So I think there is no comparison between two and sorry for two stars but it’s nor working as expected. If anything changes I promise change the review.
When Bitdrfender is on my iPhone it slows down every app and I end up turning it off in frustration which defeats the object!
It’s great to feel secure in my electronic world
It appears good protection, yet Originally it wouldn’t even let me log into Bit-defender itself! -stating it was ‘dangerous’ and although that sounds strange now it all works seamlessly…
