Spams the FaceID 5 times. Doesn't load. Putting in pin instead causes a very long load that kicks you back into logging into Bitdefender. Trying to sign in with my google account like usual just kicks me into a error screen saying that isn't allowed. Very frustrating for a premium paid subscription.

I loved the app for a while it was working well and I could access my pw on my phone when I needed them. It never autofilled like it does on the pc. I have to copy and paste my id and pw every time, but I was ok with that, I think that’s safer. What bothers me is that I haven’t been able to login to the app for a while. I exited the app and started it again, I restarted my phone and tried at different times but nothing helped. It does use my Face ID then I enter my pin and nothing happens after that. It’s been at least 3-4 months if not longer. I don’t know what to do!

i don’t have much to say i have been using it just for passwords whenever i want to sign in whenever i want to open the app it doesn’t open whatsoever it is been like that over years and didn’t complain about it cus i have been using the app just for sign ins other than that i didn’t care for the app to open…i even tried to reinstalling it and nothing worked is there an update or a solution to resolve this? can’t open the app to make a new account or a new password can’t…after i enter the pin it is stuck loading forever how did bitdefender not notice this? would be nice if it is finally solved and i can use the app again :D

This app doesn’t open up when I put in my pin. It defeats the purpose of having a password manager I can use on my phone. I tried to contact support before rating but there wasn’t an option to contact support about the password manager app.

Pretty much worthless on iPhone. After inputting PIN it gets stuck. Spinning wheel goes for eternity and the app never opens.

On the Mac version, the vault closes every time you close the browser, requiring you to enter your master password every time you open your browser. There is a Remember Me checkbox when signing in, but it does nothing. The extension won’t remember you after you close browser. The developer has known about this problem since at least 2023 according to the feedback on their website.

Buggy! Cannot even log into the app. It just spins for ever.

The Bitdefender Password Manager iOS app functions like no more than a browser extension at best. You can log in, but can not access or update your vault. When you update your vault via desktop or android app, the iOS app will not update; you will have to uninstall and re-install. If the keyboard extension does recognize credential fields on a web page or app screen, you can auto-fill user/password fields using the app, but otherwise you can not open the app to search for credentials in your vault. Developers are aware of the issues specific to the iOS version of the app, and they have been for well over a year; occasionally offering discounts because the paid product does not function as intended, but Bitdefender offers no actual resolution. I still have the app and pay for a subscription because it works fine on my laptop, but the iOS app fails to meet expectations.
