You don’t make it clear that you have two products with similar functions “password manager” and “Secure Pass”. I’ve been trying to figure out why the master password wouldn’t work. When I went to try to set up two factor authentication the help menu is for “password manager”. Lots of wasted time.

I have been unable to set the time for the app to close and revert back to a pin to re-open. The option is not available in the setup screen as described in the directions. I spoke with a service representative for quite a while and he was unable to help. He said that he would refer the case to a higher expert level and I would be receiving an email. As yet there has been no email - must have been a brush off by an inept service representative.
