Bite Back With Liz Online Coaching is your chance to work with Liz 1-on-1 to become the best version of you mentally and physically.

No more yo-yo diets or restrictive diets, with Bite Back With Liz Coaching, you can get 1-on-1 coaching where we will teach you how to eat the foods you love whilst transforming your physique.

Whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or an expert, you will get a bespoke workout plan tailored towards your goals. We want you to get the best possible results, so we will implement frequent plan updates to ensure you reach your goals. Every exercise also comes with a video demonstration to make sure your form is correct.

The app integrates with Apple Health, so you can import your daily activity like steps directly into the app.

The app has a great selection of healthy and quick recipes ideal for a busy person like myself who wants to lose weight but doesn’t have the time to spend ages cooking.
The app is really useful to track your progress and the coaching is fantastic as Liz and her team are always there to support you even when you are struggling.
I have learnt so much that I now have the confidence to go it on my own so I have now cancelled my membership
which was really quick and easy.

Joined Liz a few months ago, initially I was sceptical since I saw there was a lot of online coaches and wasn’t really expecting such a personal service. One where I felt fully catered for. Even on a bad week! I was not left feeling disheartened. I am always met with an ear of reason. I cannot recommend the team highly enough.

### *---- "DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!"
Would put zero stars if it would let me. Terrible customer service. I have emailed trying to cancel my subscription multiple times before the 3 day free trial period ended and received no response. I have now had 5 payments taken from my account without permission and there seems to be no way of cancelling or stopping the transactions from coming out through App Store or the bank.

I started off with the recipe app and loved how many diverse recipes there are. I also used in the in app tracker to track my calories and macros. Being completely honest, I realised I needed more accountability so I signed up for 1-1 coaching afterwards. I have just finished 12 weeks with Liz and her team and she has educated me so much on how to progress on my own and I’m now 6lbs down. The app can be a bit buggy but as soon as I report it to Liz, she sorts it! Very grateful for the team. Would recommend!

### *---- "Cancellation ignored - DO NOT PURCHASE"
Great selection of recipes however the customer service is beyond terrible. The app provides no option to cancel the subscription from within the app, you also cannot manage the subscription from within the App Store. To cancel your subscription you instead have to email at least 1 week before the current billing period ends to not be charged for the next period… this would be fine if someone managed the inbox and responded, I have now followed up 6 times and still await a response. It appears that not allowing consumers to manage their subscription themselves via the app or App Store was a deliberate action to keep charging customers without their consent. 
Absolutely would NOT recommend this app!

I was disappointed with the content of the app, the resources seemed much less than described therefore attempted to cancel. Emailed the address as per the cancellation policy, I have now emailed several times to be ignored. Don’t subscribe as they will not allow you to unsubscribe!!!!

Cancelled my subscription before the 3-day free trial ran out as instructed to by email. No response to my email and I’ve had an email from a different email address today saying I’ve been charged the monthly fee. Concerned how I actually stop money being taken from my account if, like others, my emails are going to be ignored. Will have to contact Apple Support for some advice and possibly seek legal advice as I made it clear in my email I did not consent for any money to be taken after cancelling within the free trial period. The app also seems to contain less meals than advertised and in my opinion isn’t worth subscribing to over and above viewing the recipes posted on Instagram.
