Scam crypto app
They didn’t work on my case instead they froze my account with the rest of the money of it , and demanded a commitment on paper with me holding the paper on it right after I got scammed however I have already my full id and personal photo on the app , they didn’t help me before I got scammed , they started to freeze after I complained to them to help me out , so instead they started to questioning me and leave the real scammer go with the money , even filed case to police they didn’t help , and they don’t care , they only get money through the big transactions you are making that is how they get money from , so scammers are actually giving them much benefit, why would they help us …

Fantastic platform
My experience with Bitget is only positive. Everything is there: spot, futures, P2P, and especially copy trading. High security and a friendly interface. Very low trading fees, and you can get 20% off fees when paying fees with BGB. Low withdrawal fee - $0,1 for USDT. I highly recommend Bitget to beginners. Don't forget to enter bwbh1339 when registering to get 10% off fees forever and welcome bonuses of up to $1000. Good luck!

Scamming
In this app are people who are scamming. By the name Nathalie W and Sophie Smith. They keep forcing people do deposit more and more money. Working for “snowball creations”
Do dont use
Do dont use bitget they are unfriendly and scammers. We lose money to scammer and bitget didnt solvet so they are scammers also they work with that person so people stop using bitget
Dont bother with this exchange
Its been more than two months, i have provided them all needed docs and info to trace the fiat money i had sent to my account. They keep asking the same documents again and again, asking me to contact my bank. Seems they are not willing to solve the issue, even when i suggested a bank to bank contact to trace the funds. And even after asking many times to keep the ticket open, they just close it anyway. They are Rude, amateuristic, unwilling and unhelpfull. But whats new with scam exchanges, right?
If custom care can help me get my money back than they are good till now i am waiting.
Much stress at this momenf. Waiting for my money transferred into bitget account.
