Worst customer support experience ever. No customer support agent was being helpful everyone was just putting the chat on hold for 5 to 6 minutes and then the chat ends.

Too much glitch

I am constantly facing a glitch that bidget have over other platforms that the buying and selling on current market price does not happen instead it takes 5-10sec to process the request. I’m using other platforms but only face issue on bitget. I’ve tried to explain it to support but they don’t want to understand or consider my suggestion at least

Slow usage and compare to binance

Too much slow and hanging app trade order always makes you fool you can see the trade in plus but when you close it’s changed into loss buying price etc mostly unappear realy bad app binance is very very great app easy to use and fast
