I loved my 2D avatars and hate the 3D stickers. They look blurry and totally unlike me. I spent way too long googling how to get my 2D stickers and avatar back (not a Snapchat user), but seems not possible. I’m just going to delete this app and try a different one.

I hate the new 3D Bitmojis. They are gross and kinda creepy. I understand that some people might prefer them but you should give an option to allow users to keep 2D instead.

Please provide the option to choose between the 2D and 3D avatar style. The 3D avatar is creepy and I don’t know anyone who likes it. It makes me not want to use the app anymore.

The old 2D Bitmoji used to be perfect and so cute but the new 3D ones are just plain creepy Genuinely kinda upset cause I used to love Bitmojis and used them all the time but now I’ve had to delete the app cause I get uncomfortable just looking at the new ones Idk who approved this change but they really ought to be fired

I really don’t like the updated 3D version, it makes me hesitate or opt not to use as often. My bestie was sending me some to wish me a happy Mother’s Day and he commented that he does not like the way he looks in his bitmoji anymore. I have written in w this feedback already. Having the option to choose between the old and the new would be a welcome option.

I love using this app to send holiday wishes and reply’s with some character fun. But since they updated the image to look less like a cartoon I don’t use it as much. The avatar looks super creepy, especially when it smiles, and it doesn’t really represent how I look even though I’ve made changes. There’s no way to change it back to the original style so I don’t use it as much anymore.

Bring the old design back. This new image is awful. My friends and I would use the app all the time to create emotions but now we don’t because it looks horrible. Fire the person who thought this was a good idea!

Used to like this app but the latest update changed the look of the face and you can’t change it. 👎🏻. Not gonna use anymore

So upset. They’ve changed the Bitmoji app and now I had some creepy looking Bitmoji that is 3D. I am deleting the app off of my phone until the old cartoon Bitmoji returns. Do better.
