Been trying for months to get play back to work on iPhone, works fine on Samsung. Uninstalled, reinstalled ,new accounts ,different settings and emailed support no response

There really needs to be a way to fast forward through the playback as using the bar is too inaccurate and you end up skipping too much. Also I don’t know if it’s just me but the playback speed does absolutely nothing and still plays at normal speed

When smart alarm is enabled and it detects someone in the preview. BitVision event details - smart alarm section, you cannot fast forward / playback through the 2 minute video. Can you add in the fast forward / playback feature, waiting 2 minutes for the whole section And can we not set the recording time for smart alarm / motion detection- 2 minutes is a bit long

Since recent update, app regularly crashes. Running on iOS 17. Was very stable and quality app until then. Very frustrating.

Playback simply doesn’t work since ios17, I have one phone that it works on only and that’s still on ios16, I presume apple have a different firewall for ios17 and therefore it’s blocking the ability to use playback. Please fix it

Since updating to 23.2.8 playback is not working!!! Only 1 HR loads...

Why are there so many options greyed out for example smart alarm detection can’t adjust or set anything yet normal alarm settings you can ? Come on guys we need an update with all features working not greyed out and not useable
