Never improved from day 1. Stupid and lousy app.

Worst ever business banking apps

How can CIMB not fix all problems in this app? Really troublesome

Apps paling bodoh!!

Merapu punya app!! Cimb patut upgrade sistem app yg lebih bagus. Zaman bila guna sistem mcm ni?? Setiap kali nak guna mesti kena login. Setiap logout and nak login baru kena tunggu 15minit?? Shame on cimb apps!!!!

Very buggy app

One login or transaction require me to keep trying and trying becz the app display nothing even after clicking notification. Very very very bad experience.

Bad experience overall

Pros: Clean user interface. Doesn’t take me a while to figure out where everything is. The app also run smoothly. Transactions are made easier compared to using the web version. Cons: Doesn’t have a way to see money in, which requires me to use the web version to download account statement instead and even then, doesn’t show today’s transaction. Another problem is, during transaction where I need to put the OTP number to confirm payment, there were a couple of times where the app just keeps loading indefinitely after I press confirm and there’s no way to go back to previous screen or refresh the page. The only thing to do is to just force quit the app, which causes me to wait 15 minutes to log back in because I’m still logged in to the previous session. This is infuriating because it’s such a waste of time. And I don’t see this issue being fixed because every update is just performance improvment.

TRANSACTION STATUS FAILED

Overall apps user friendly. But please upgrade transaction status so we can check money in also instead of money out only. Its take my time to keep open my laptop for the website.

It always unable to to transfer duit now Always shown All Mandatory Field require despite i fill up every colum Guess its time to move away

No share receipt option

There’s no share receipt option for user after transaction complete. This apps have nearly 5 years, yet no improvement since day 1, really? Holy dumb

Worst app ever

App doesn’t work in the morning during working hour , for a long time . Stupid app
