In this 1 hour 45 minute instructional, Jiu Jitsu black belt Rick Ellis showcases how he approaches the game of BJJ as an older athlete. Rick's emphasis is on developing your game into systems of attack and defense, so you always have another option instead of facing problems head-on. Roy Dean makes a special guest appearance to discuss the changes he's had to make in his own technical jiu jitsu game as he's gotten older in order to continue being effective. Being older doesn't mean you have to be less effective! ## BJJ Old Man Style Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource115/v4/0f/8b/54/0f8b54a1-11fb-7994-d2b0-8e1f4d4e44a6/703b7227-5eb8-432d-b691-c6074d47c18c_iPhone_6__U00281_U0029.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource115/v4/0b/75/98/0b759827-a0b4-28c0-77c7-302d36887062/1e619709-92e6-4260-95f0-4ee90886649d_iPhone_6__U00282_U0029.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource115/v4/a0/08/46/a0084690-9149-06c6-67dc-3c5266cf5f18/85ee90c4-5d8c-4549-a50d-6654b255fa30_iPhone_6__U00283_U0029.png/1284x2778.png) ## BJJ Old Man Style Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 13 (100%) - 4 stars: 0 (0%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 0 (0%) - 1 stars: 0 (0%) ## BJJ Old Man Style Reviews in United States ### ***** "Great for all ages" I’m an older BJJ practitioner who has been doing BJJ for almost two years and of all the thousands of videos I’ve watched I’ve found Rick Ellis’s material the most helpful. The music and his voice have a meditative quality that really set the tone for for his extremely practical and well laid instruction. In fact this morning I showed the app to my son, he’s been doing BJJ for approximately 6 years, and he was really impressed with it as well. So I would say you don’t have to be old to find value in this really well done instructional app. -- Tired and, 2022-11-19 [View all BJJ Old Man Style reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## BJJ Old Man Style In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Access The Full Version | $9.99 | ## Apps Similar to BJJ Old Man Style -
