Try to join the wait list at 5:30 pm. 15 minutes later called the restaurant to enquire where we were in the wait list. Told 8:30 pm. 😳. When I told the staff member I wasn’t going to wait that long she said we have no wait right now. Huh? Staff advised us the wait list never works properly. So much for using that in the future.

Awesome staff and great food! It’s now our favourite restaurant. The app is excellent as well.

Great restaurant and staff. We were in Temecula, California. Staff were great and very accommodating. One problems was that there were too many good things to order. We had the shrimp tacos from the lunch menu. Very tasty. Will be back for sure. Three Canadian ladies. Judy

Why is it you can have access to and save a persons cc # but you can’t provide a space to load a gift card to the app to pay online???

I love BJ’s & their food. I find the app, though, troublesome. It doesn’t allow hardly any room to offer special instructions to the kitchen staff. Also, it does not inform the user trying to place an after 4pm delivery order that the bone-in pork chops may not even be ordered before 4pm even though the delivery of that order is well after 4pm. Frustrating!!

Always easy to navigate with timely delivery and quality food.

Bring back Apple Pay please

It was better when it had apple pay. Now i have to put in credit card manually old fashioned way.

In this world, day, and age, an app should not require a credit card number. I’ll give a more serious review if and when they allow me to use Apple Pay without checking out using the to-go terminal and taking valuable time from my server. 😞

App is easy to use. Wish there was an option to use Apple Pay.
