พบกับ BKK Active การเปลี่ยนแปลงครั้งสำคัญจากชื่อเดิม CSTD Smart Member ที่มาพร้อมการปรับโฉมดีไซน์ใหม่ (New UI) ให้ทันสมัย ใช้งานง่าย และสามารถเข้าดูข้อมูลข่าวสารเบื้องต้นได้ทันทีโดยไม่ต้องล็อกอิน

วันเสาร์ 21/12/2567 จะสมัครสมาชิกระบบมีปัญหาทำให้ OTP ไม่ส่งเข้าอีเมล..เลยให้เจ้าหน้าที่ ที่ศูนย์สมัครให้และจ่ายเงินแล้ว 60 บาท เจ้าหน้าที่บอกว่าเดี๋ยวพอระบบใช้ได้ก็เข้าใหม่จะได้เอง...วันที่ 22/12/2567 สามารถส่ง OTP เข้าอีเมลได้แล้ว แต่พบปัญหาใหม่คือลงทะเบียนเข้าไปกรอกข้อมูลอีเมลล์และ password ไม่ได้ เพราะแจ้งว่า ขออภัยระบบผิดพลาด..เมื่อไหร่จะใช้งานได้คะ...และเจ้าหน้าที่จะกรอกอีเมลให้เราเลยได้ไหม..ไม่รู้มันผิดพลาดตรงไหน...คือจนถึงตอนนี้ยังไม่สามารถเข้าระบบได้เลย เศร้า แล้วจะจองใช้บริการได้ไง...ช่วยแก้ปัญหาให้ด้วยค่ะ

จะจองก็ต้องล่วงหน้าได้แค่ไม่เกิน 1 วันปุบปับเกินไปไหม สมัยที่ยังจองบนเว็บยังจองล่วงหน้าได้ตั้ง 2 สัปดาห์ 
คอร์ทที่เปิดให้จองมีให้เลือก 7 คอร์ท 
แต่จองจริงๆได้แค่ คอร์ท 6 กับ 7 ซึ่งเปิดให้จอง 6 โมงเช้าแต่ตื่นมา 6 โมงก็เต็มหมดละ 

เป็นนโยบายที่เหมือนไม่ได้ใช้สมองคิดกรองมา

แถม walk in ไปก็ไม่เคยได้เล่นสักที ติดจองหมดตลอด พนักงานสนามก็ไม่ใส่ใจ นั่งเล่นแต่มือถือ
