I have used BlaBlaCar many times and been pleased with it; however, my identity was recently erased and I have lost the tickets that I have purchased. I’m annoyed. I have no idea how to contact anyone for my tickets to Geneva tomorrow!

### *---- "Worst Customer Service Ever!!!"
First of all This is the worst transport service ever.
Their buses breakdown on the motorway due to lack of professional mechanism and checking.
We were stuck over 5 hours on the road side without water and beverage while raining.
Their customers service is worsen. They do not feel entitled to compensate people for their distress and their inconveniences.
I have to argue with Mariam and Ayo regarding mine and their levels of sympathy and empathy are equal to none.
Finally there is a lot of fake drivers and scammers published on the app.
Bla Bla Car does not seem to verify the identity or authenticity of their drivers which put people at risk.
I booked 2 journeys which were non existent and I found myself in an awkward situations when I was charged for it end I have to request a refund which take up to two weeks.
I know their fees are low, so are their services. 
I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
It was much better when it was OuiBus.

Booked a coach trip with cancellation insurance - attempted to cancel ticket as stuck in passport queue but wouldn’t cancel and no indications of customer service in sight! Disappointing as hoped it might be a useful service basically dip off!

While the app is fine, and works, theres never carpools on the app, but if i got to the web page and search, theres rides, i book it and then it shows up on the app.
I do not find any way to report a problem or a bug, so thats another star. 
Hope someone sees this and reports it to the devs. 
The device used is an iPhone 15 pro.

04 липня 2024 р. я здійснив оплату сервісного збору за поїздку да Києва в розмірі 180 грн. Всі підтверджуючі квитанції про оплату від банку я маю. 05 липня вранці водій відмінив поїздку. Відповідно до умов сервісний збор повертається в повному обсязі. Але до сьогодні ці гроші не повернули. Чи є встановлений термін часу на цю процедуру? Скільки ще треба чекати?
