This app is intended for use by participants in the MyPGx study and requires an invitation and activation code from the study site to register. The purpose of the MyPGx study is to learn how people respond to test results and whether this information helps your healthcare providers personalize your medicines to take better care of you. Note: Participation in this study is by invitation only. This study has been reviewed and approved by the appropriate regulatory body, e.g. Institutional Review Board (IRB) or Independent Ethics Committee (IEC).

Комісія неймовірно висока, додаток висне
Необрунтовано висока комісія!! Не відображає поїздку для пасажирів якщо дуже довга поїздка. Часто «помилка» в додатку. Додаток лагає постійно!! Не можна в повідомленнях написати навіть марку машини і відправити пройстий смайлик
Сложности в использовании
Я размещал объявления о поездках как водитель, надо было разок поехать пассажиром, я как-то перешел в режим пассажира, а теперь не могу вернуть себе функцию размещать поездки как водитель. Очень неудобно!!!! Как снова переключиться в режим водителя??

It simply doesn’t work. When I want to update my password it sends me to russian site that is banned in Ukraine.

Додатком користуюсь ще з 2018 року, зараз на момент 2025року блаблакар забирає 40% від поїздки 😳🫣
Чому мені не повертають кошти за бронювання та я не можу додати данні карти для повернення коштів ?
Також не бачу данні служби підтримки, куди якраз і хотів звернутись

Заблокували акаунт за день до поїздки з пасажиром без пояснення причин

Бісить що неможливо ні звʼязатись з водієм. Чекаєш підтвердження а водій ігноруює. Мені їхати треба а я час втрачаю на те що водій навіть не побачить. І подзвонити неможна. І ще часто буває що забронював поїздку а тобі телефонує якийсь адміністратор перевізника і каже що вартість інша і час інший «але все в силі» . І гроші то пів біди але ти пів дня чекав думав що все ок, а по факту починаєш вирішувати ту ж проблему але з браком часу. Не рекомендую цей застосунок!
